We thank God for the oppertunity we had to work with the congregation in Warrensville NC. It is a small band of saints working to further the kingdom of God in the mountains. As we share the details of the revival with you, please pray for this work. The burden is evident for souls, and the spirit is genuine. I know that God is going to increase their labors, and we will enjoy working with them for years to come. As you read about the revival, and view the photos, remember the soul that was brought to Christ during this meeting. Thank God for his saving power.
On Friday night Bro. Clark was going to speak. I knew that Bro. Seay was going to come, and at one point Bro. Clark had even mentioned to me about asking Bro. Seay to speak. Well I had forgot to ask him so when we arrived and I seen Bro. Seay, I ask him if he had a message. He said he would wait until Bro. Clark got there and make sure that he did not feel the burden to preach. Well Bro. Seay spoke on Friday night and brought a wonderful message. It was truly God's will for him to speak. Bro. Scott Whitehead spoke on Friday night and again the thoughts were stirring to the soul. The altar call brought strong conviction and by the end of it we witnessed one precious soul born into the kingdom. Sunday morning was a powerful testimony service with anointed singing. It was evident that God's will was to minister to us from the pews. I truly feel it was a refreshing time for the saints there. The precious saints there provided a meal between services to add to the fellowship. Sunday afternoon Bro. Shane brought the message that was challenging and sobering. By the end of the meeting hearts were encouraged, souls saved, and God's people were united together to press the battle on and work in unity of the spirit to see the work of God advanced. We thank the Lord for holding the weather back for us, and giving us beautiful services. Pray for the work in Warrensville, for the saints there, and that they would hold the fire of revival in their souls for many days to come!
